Sheet metal transformation
We mainly transform sheed meta lusing eccentric presses. On them we can transform sheet metal up to 5 mm thickness. Our machine park includes machines with a pressing force from 10 to 130 tons, which are equipped with electronic sheet metal feeders. The largest table size in our machine park is 1200×700 mm.
We use roll forming line to produce metal profiles for radiator brackets.
Our machine park includes a press brake with bending length of 2500 mm and bending force of 70 tons.
Plastic injection moulding
We use severl Kraus Maffei and TEDERIC machines for injection plastic molding, with clamping force between 50 and 130 tons and product weights up to 250 g. All machines are equiped with all necessary auxiliary equipment for hot runner systems. Robots mounted on the machines insure automated production with excellent product quality.
Centrally controlled system for drying and conveying material ensures smooth operation of the machines and quality products.
Welding
We use custom made automated welding machines and manual MIG/MAG welding units. We have added a 3 kW laser welding machine to our machine park, for greater flexibility and percision in the production of welded products.
Packaging
Our product are packaged using vertical and horizontal packaging machine, which are complemented by automatic counting systems and foil declaration printers. We have added counting scales to the packaging machines, which allows us additional quality control.
We have the option of using heat wrap on the horizonatl packaging machines.
Powder coating
Powder coating is an electorstatic application of paint to metal. It is a process where the desired layer thickness is achieved on the metal py applying powder paint. Up to 95% of the paint adheres to the object, the rest is captured and reused.
We can paint pieces measuring 950×900 mm, up to 2000 mm long.
